[2026 New Year's Issue] Mondrian AI, Designing a World Beyond Innovation Where 'AI Actually Works'

The year 2026, the Year of the Fire Horse (Byeong-o), has dawned. 2025 was a "Year of Great Transformation" for Mondrian AI, a year where we moved beyond being a company with mere technology and proved our value with numbers in industrial settings.
We set a meaningful milestone in 2025 by achieving approximately 5.5 billion KRW in revenue and breaking through the break-even point (BEP). Now, building on this foundation, we aim to take a larger step toward Series B investment attraction in 2026 (target revenue of over 15 billion KRW) and an IPO (Initial Public Offering) in 2027. We share the roadmap for the "Vertical Integration of the Full-cycle Industrial AI" we will draw, along with our achievements by product.
🛠️ Mondrian AI's 2025 Achievements and 2026 Vision Proven in the Field
2025 was a year when the market's competitive landscape was reorganized around "AI-specialized infrastructure and operational capabilities," starting with the spread of generative AI. Mondrian AI led this trend and achieved unparalleled results for each product.
1. RunYourAI: Korea's No.1 GPU Cloud Infrastructure
2025 Achievements: We formed partnerships with over 4,000 companies and institutions, surpassed a total GPU cloud usage time of 100,000 hours, and achieved explosive revenue growth of 150%. Through our proprietary "Reserved Cloud" service, we supplied high-spec GPUs such as the NVIDIA B200 at the industry's lowest price level, dramatically lowering the barrier to AI adoption for companies.
2026 Vision: We plan to supply NVIDIA B300 resources for the first time in Korea, and beyond simple resource provision, we will introduce "AI Agent" functions. We are evolving into an "AI Full-stack Platform" where users can integrate and manage global LLM models and immediately deploy them into their work.
2. Yennefer: The Universal AI Platform that Became the Standard for MLOps
2025 Achievements: Having obtained GS Certification Level 1, we expanded adoption across all industrial groups, including public, financial, and medical sectors, as an MLOps platform that integrates and manages the full cycle of data collection, learning, and distribution. In particular, we built core references with major public institutions such as the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety (MOIS), as well as university research institutes, proving our technical reliability.
2026 Vision: Through the "Yennefer SaaS" transition, we will expand our territory to small and medium-sized B2B markets and the personal B2C market. Furthermore, based on data secured from high-difficulty tasks such as cancer-curing empirical research in the medical and bio fields, we will solidify our position as a "Vertical AI Platform" optimized for specific domains.
3. AI Factory (MonPlant): Realizing Autonomous Manufacturing Sites
2025 Achievements: We were selected as an "AI Factory Specialist" by the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT). At the launch ceremony of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy's "Manufacturing AX Alliance," the autonomous manufacturing pilot project conducted with Shinhan Diamond Industry was selected as an excellent case of AI transformation, officially recognizing its on-site applicability.
2026 Vision: We plan to advance the real-time data analysis and control functions of "MonPlant" to expand the construction of a "fully autonomous manufacturing environment" where process abnormalities are detected and recipes are optimized without human intervention.
4. Specialized AI Solutions by Industry
Engineering Drawing Analysis AI: We drastically shortened the lead time in the engineering industry by detecting errors in design drawings in advance and innovating processes. In 2026, we aim to expand supply to numerous large construction and plant companies.
Medical Image Analysis AI Appliance: We improved early diagnostic efficiency through a brain disease analysis platform jointly developed with Gachon University medical staff. In particular, we succeeded in verifying the combination with domestic AI semiconductors (such as Rebellions ATOM), leading the realization of the "Sovereign AI" ecosystem.
Bio-Genomic Analysis AI: Based on our selection for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' "2024 Super-Gap Startup 1000+" project, we completed platform technology for parallel processing of vast genomic data. In 2026, we will begin full-scale commercialization in actual drug development and disease diagnosis fields through cooperation with pharmaceutical and bio companies.
🚀 2026-2027: Leap to Intelligent AI CSP and IPO Roadmap
In 2026, Mondrian AI will evolve into a "Next-generation AI CSP (Cloud Service Provider)" that operates intelligent AI services by industry, going beyond a company that simply provides computing resources.
2026 Strategy: We will go through the Series B and Pre-IPO stages to achieve a target revenue of over 15 billion KRW and prepare a bridgehead for global market expansion. We will present a new standard for sustainable AI cloud, such as renewable energy-linked data center infrastructure.
2027 Goal: Through a successful IPO (Initial Public Offering), we will achieve cumulative revenue of approximately 30 billion KRW within 3 years and establish ourselves as a global AI technology leader representing the Republic of Korea.
