Mondrian AI Appoints New CFO Hyeong Nam-Baek (Ex-Maum AI, Nota) to Accelerate KOSDAQ IPO

Newly appointed CFO Hyeong Nam-baek is recognized as a tech company IPO specialist who has overseen critical operations from IPO preparation to successful listing at various promising AI and deep-tech startups, including Maum AI and Nota. Mondrian AI plans to use his extensive practical experience to oversee all IPO-related tasks, including managing relationships with IPO underwriters, the Korea Exchange, and the Financial Supervisory Service.
Beyond listing preparations, CFO Hyeong plans to build a data-driven financial system to support rapid and accurate decision-making by management. This system will be established through the advancement of financial and accounting management systems, the strengthening of internal controls and internal accounting management foundations, the enhancement of monthly settlements and project-specific management accounting, and the systematization of budget and profit/loss management.
