Mondrian AI Achieves ISO 27001 Certification, Ensuring Secure AI Infrastructure and Data Sovereignty

Mondrian AI, an AI transformation (AX) company led by CEO Dae-ui Hong, announced that it has obtained ISO/IEC 27001 certification, the international standard for information security management systems.
ISO/IEC 27001 is a globally recognized information security standard established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The certification is awarded only to organizations that pass a rigorous assessment covering 93 controls across four areas, including information security policies, physical security, access control, and operational security.
Through this certification, Mondrian AI has officially demonstrated that it has a global management system in place to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets handled throughout its business operations. The company was particularly recognized for incorporating the protection of personally identifiable information (PII), which is essential in large-scale AI training environments, into its systems from the design stage.
Based on its intelligent orchestration and infrastructure technologies, Mondrian AI also minimizes risks such as asset leakage, service delays, and system failures. This allows the company to provide customers and partners with more stable AI infrastructure and cloud environments.
With ISO 27001 certification as a foundation, Mondrian AI plans to accelerate its efforts in the enterprise AX market, targeting large corporations and public institutions in Korea and overseas that require high levels of compliance.
“The top priorities for earning customer trust in the global AI market are secure information management and reliable infrastructure,” said Dae-ui Hong, CEO of Mondrian AI. “We will not stop at this certification. Through regular risk assessments and management reviews, we will continue to strengthen our information security management system.”
