Mondrian AI Hosts Multi-AI Strategy Webinar on Cost, Security, and Operations

- From fragmented AI subscriptions to in-house AI agents… Sharing enterprise AI operations strategies -
Mondrian AI, a company specializing in AI platforms and infrastructure led by CEO Daeui Hong, held an online webinar to share practical solutions to the cost, security, and operational challenges arising from enterprise AI adoption. The webinar, titled “Multi-AI Operations Strategy: From Cost Control to In-House Agents,” was held on 26th to address challenges arising as companies and individual departments adopt multiple AI models, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. These challenges include duplicate subscriptions, rising costs, difficulties in usage management, security concerns, and integration with internal corporate data. The webinar also presented AI operations strategies for managing these issues within a unified framework.
The webinar was attended by corporate IT and digital transformation professionals, practitioners considering AI adoption and workflow improvement, and business decision-makers, demonstrating strong interest in multi-AI operations and the development of in-house AI agents.
In the first session, Daeui Hong, CEO of Mondrian AI, delivered a presentation titled “A Unified Strategy for Bringing Fragmented AI Together.” Hong explained the challenges companies face when using multiple AI services separately, focusing on four major dilemmas: cost, integration, hallucination, and control. He then introduced a One API and credit-based operating model that enables companies to use multiple AI models within a single environment. He also presented strategies for building AI agents that securely integrate internal corporate knowledge, as well as methods for managing budgets and security permissions by department and individual user.
In the second session, Byungyong Kim, Manager at Mondrian AI, delivered a presentation titled “Building Customized In-House AI Agents and Using Multiple Models Efficiently.” Kim introduced the key requirements for building and deploying AI agents in enterprise environments, including the development of internal knowledge bases, no-code AI agent creation, and team-based utilization. He also explained methods for allocating credits by department, monitoring usage in real time, and switching between multiple AI models using a single API key. Rather than simply introducing the use of individual AI models, the webinar focused on AI orchestration, which enables companies to use multiple AI models according to their business objectives while managing costs, usage, permissions, and internal knowledge within a unified system.
Through the webinar, Mondrian AI emphasized that enterprise AI adoption is moving beyond the question of “Which AI should we use?” toward the question of “How can we operate multiple AI models efficiently and securely?”
“As the use of AI within enterprises continues to expand, the key challenge is no longer simply adopting multiple AI services, but determining how to integrate and manage them,” said Daeui Hong, CEO of Mondrian AI. “Companies now require an operating framework that goes beyond selecting AI models to controlling costs and usage while connecting AI with internal corporate knowledge and business processes.” He added, “Based on our technology that connects AI infrastructure and cloud services with AI models, platforms, and agents, Mondrian AI will continue to provide an environment in which enterprises can use AI more securely and efficiently.”
Mondrian AI supports enterprise AI adoption and operations through technologies spanning AI infrastructure and cloud services, AI models and platforms, and AI agents. In particular, through Runyour Agent, the company provides an environment in which enterprises can build and deploy AI agents that combine multiple AI models with internal corporate knowledge.
