Mondrian AI Partners with Global Automotive Supplier to Build Agentic AI for Mobility Design Data

- Building an agentic AI design decision system with a top 100 global automotive supplier
- Turning scattered design data into searchable knowledge to support everything from natural language queries to automated documentation
- Bringing decades of Korean automotive design expertise to life through AI
Mondrian AI announced on July 15 that it has kicked off a roughly 2.6 billion KRW project to build an agentic AI design decision support system for a major global automotive supplier.
The core goal is boosting manufacturing efficiency. Traditional plants often struggle with massive amounts of design standards and specifications scattered across multiple systems, costing engineers time and money just to find what they need.
Mondrian AI is tackling this by structuring distributed design data into a knowledge base that AI can use instantly. Engineers can simply ask questions in plain language to pull up relevant info and past cases right away.
The project runs for two years. Year one focuses on cleaning and organizing core data like design standards, product specs, and quality history. Year two advances the AI agent tech, automates document creation, connects internal systems, and runs field tests before expanding to other manufacturing sectors.
A Mondrian AI representative stated that capturing decades of Korean automotive design knowledge through AI is deeply meaningful. The company plans to leverage its tech capabilities in the global automotive market and work with partners to commercialize a new kind of agentic AI solution for engineering teams.
Building on its platform tech, Mondrian AI continues to lead digital transformation across industries and expects to strengthen its standing in the manufacturing AI market through this project.
